This services is for Parents that are looking for 1:1 in person or online with them or their children. This Service is for School Observations, Parent Coaching, Intake Meetings or Children integrating into one of our programs. This is also for prospective parents that have questions regarding our services.
(SAT/AM) Ages (4-10 & 11-13) HORSE N' AROUND/RANCH DAYZ - (RANCH LOCATION/COMMUNITY SHUTTLE AVAILABLE)
***THIS IS A 2-3 TIMES PER MONTH CLASS MEANT FOR THOSE WHO ARE COMMITTED TO ATTENDING MOST WEEKS THEY ARE ABLE TO ATTEND IN THE SEMESTER** OUR ACADEMIE MIDDLE GROUND HORSEMANSHIP PROGRAMS ARE NOT DROP IN SERVICES***
This session is for Youth/Children who are ages 4-10 or 11-13. This Therapeutic Session is intended for those who prefer a small group, repeating session partners, and are able to have success in a 1:5 environment. (1 Support Staff to 5 kids) Some Parent participation is allowed case by case, and we always have 2-3 Wrangles available to help the day run smoothly. In this session we will learn about Horses, other animals, and Nature. We will be exploring the Ranch Rain or Shine!!
PARENTS: PLEASE SEND WEATHER APPROPRIATE ATTIRE MOST DAYS WE WILL BE DOING OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. IF YOUR CHILD IS NOT PREPARED WITH THE NEEDS OF SESSION AND IS UNDER 14 THEY WILL BE SENT HOME EARLY IF NEEDED. EX: Clothing is wet & it is 5 degrees outside

(Flex Schedule) Ages (2-8) 1:2 Equine Experience Program/ Adaptive Riding
This Session is for the Therapeutic Level rider who is just starting out, prefers their chats and outdoor trail rides, or enjoys their free time hanging out with the horses at the ranch getting to know the crew. In this Session Students will become Familiar with the whole process of getting a horse ready to ride, riding, and then taking care of the horse when we are done riding them. (As much as possible.) If your Student is not interested in the Whole Experience there are other riding places who have programs for Students who prefer to just get on and ride and get off, this is not one of those programs.
PLEASE SEND: Snack, Helmet, Jeans or Riding Leggings, Boots with a Heel.
(Flex Schedule) Ages (8-12 & 13-18) 1:3 Adaptive/Therapeutic Riding Program - Level 1-2
This level of Riding is for Youth who have Mastered the Therapeutic Level of riding/ and or are working Actively towards that goal. In this program we work on Goals that progress our Abilities to ride Independently. We work on Rising trot, sitting trot, parts of the horse, movement of the horse, Steering, Trail Safety, Group Arena Etiquette, lunging, tack prep and care, and so much more.
There are Small groups that Happen that occasionally with this level of rider that are competition type classes in the Fall or Interest based. KJ will post them and usually it's INVITE ONLY (KJ will invite you) to these Sessions for those Mentee's that would like to get more into the depth of Ownership/Showing/Riding and what it is really like to be responsible for an animal.
(DAYCAMPS/DOUBLE HEADERS/ PRODDAYS) Ages (4-10 & 11-13) LIT CREW/ Jr.A's Welcome! (1:6 Child to Staff Ratio) (BRING A FRIEND FOR 20$)

THESE SESSIONS WERE DESIGNED FOR:

2. WE ACCEPT AND ENCOURAGE ALL TYPES OF FAMILIES TO USE OUR PROGRAMS.
3. ADOPTIVE/FOSTER & PERMANENCY PARENTS RECEIVE UP TO 30% OFF SESSIONS PENDING SUPPORT NEEDS*
(FEE FOR SERVICE/OUT OF POCKET, AFU, DL, Respite Funding, I-Spark, Jordans Principle, Post Adoption Assistance, Jump Start, ECT.) We have a Sliding Scale (Pay what you can) Program available, there is a waitlist for this program but if you qualify your more then welcome to join. **
These Programs are ACTIVE, ENGAGING, THERAPEUTIC, & WE FOLLOW AN EMERGENT STYLE LEARNING (Look it up, kind of like the OG of "Child Led". Designed to send your Child home Regulated, Tired and in Good Spirits. (5-6 hour days are very common for all ages.) These Sessions happen on WINTERBREAK/SPRING BREAK/PRODDAYS/ HOLIDAYS AND SUMMER BREAK!
(Flex Schedule) Ages (12-18 & 16-21) TAY PROGRAM (Transition Aged Youth) COMMUNITY ACCESS/THERAPEUTIC RECREATION
**STUDENTS IN THIS PROGRAM NEED TO BE INCLUSIVE, SAFE, AND KIND TO THOSE IN SESSION. TOLERATE SHARING VEHICLE SPACES WITH OTHERS, AND WANT TO BE GOING OUR WITH KJ & TEAM. AT THIS AGE WE ARE AFFIRMING OUR STUDENTS NEEDS/WANTS TO CO-OPERATE IN THIER THERAPEUTIC SERVICES AS THIS IS A GOALS BASED GROUP. WE ARE HERE TO LEARN, THIS IS NOT A SOCIAL GROUP TO MAKE FRIENDS.**
This program is for those kiddos that may need some Coaching while Accessing the community, AND/OR they just like to go out with KJ or Chantelle in the Community and have new experiences.. Kiddos in this group are in a 1:3-1:6 Ratio to Adult/Assistant program. This program is also for those kiddos that are inclusive with others and prefer more intimate connections and time with KJ & Team.
(FLEX Schedule) Ages (14-18) LIT CREW- Job Readiness Program - Come work with KJ!
**IF YOUR 12-13 YEAR OLD ARE STARTING TO TALK ABOUT STAYING ON IN HIGH SCHOOL THIS PROGRAM COULD BE FOR YOU**
LIT CREW- Leaders in Training get up to 80% off Sessions pending their Support Needs & are interested in:
1. Getting a good job reference from KJ when they start looking for a job.
2. Have Graduated from the "Dragons" group and have done Jr. A program and want more :)
3. VIBE WITH KJ & LIKE SPENDING TIME WITH HIM. (Yes this has to be said for some)
4. Trading their time for Experience, as well as Flex Programs/ Movie Nights/ Special Programs at no Cost or Private Riding Time)
5. Can be reliable at least 75% of the time when they commit to their timeslot to show up. (We encourage not to over commit each Semester)
6. LEARNING FROM A 2E3XND Person how they "Life" Behind the Scenes. (Some kids want to see my storage lockers lol )
(WEEKDAYS) Ages (2-9 & 10-13) WE VIBE- Flex Programs Outdoor Adventures & City Edition
**THIS PROGRAM IS FOR 2+ PLEASE CONTACT K.J. BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD FOR THIS CLASS TO MAKE SURE IT IS A GOOD FIT**
This Membership is for Youth/Tweens who are interested in Coming to our Jr (2-8) or Dragons (10-13) group and are in our Advanced Sessions (1:3-1:5 Ratio no extra support) or Intermediate Sessions with a JR Assistant or Assistant Present. In these Sessions we will be exploring the Community in a Variety of different ways. We will be attending local Events, Ninja Tag, Game Clubs, Swimming, and pop up activities that happen.
MANDATORY:
*BACKPACK WITH STRAPS
* CHANGE OF CLOTHES
* WATER-BOTTLE
* DEODORANT
* SNACK
(THUR/PM) Ages (12-15 & 16-21) HORSE N' AROUND/RANCH DAYZ- COME DO A VIBE CHECK :)
This session is for Youth who are able to be Successful in a 1:5 group setting. In this session we will learn about Horses, other animals, and Nature. We will be exploring the Ranch Rain or Shine! (Homework Help also Provided on Extreme Weather days.)
STUDENTS IN THIS PROGRAM SHOULD BE INTERESTED & OK WITH BEING OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER!! You are not required to ride a horse but must be interested in being around them, or tolerate learning about them without distracting your peers.
MANDATORY pack IN A BACKPACK:
1. Rubber boots or Cowboy boots
2. A towel for sitting or drying off
3. A change of clothes.
4.HEALTHY Snack/
5. Water Bottle
6. Appropriate Attire for the season! (IE: splash pants, Muddy Buddy, bathing-suit, Raincoat)
**IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE SOME OF THESE THINGS IN MY LOCKER AT THE BARN SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE TRANSPORTED THIS CAN BE ARRANGED**
